The account is optional. Nothing on these sites needs an account. Accounts are made and held on uksrs.org.uk, and the member app is free while it is in beta.

Acceptable use. Do not try to reach another member's data or any part of the service you have not been given, do not interfere with it, overload it or probe it for weaknesses, and do not use it to break the law or anyone's rights.

The agent's answers are not advice. The member agent's answers are information with citations. They are not legal, financial, accounting or other regulated or professional advice, and they must not be the only basis of a reporting or compliance decision.

Your figures are your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter and the documents you upload, and for having the right to share them. Colleagues in your organisation can read what you add.

Suspension. We may suspend or close an account used to attack the service, to break these terms or to break the law, and we will tell you why unless the law or the safety of the service prevents it.

Deletion. You can delete your data, or your whole account, yourself at any time from Settings on uksrs.org.uk, without asking us.

Information, not advice

SRS Green is an independent reference on the UK environmental reporting regimes — SECR, ESOS, packaging EPR, waste, water, permits and biodiversity net gain — with each one’s threshold, deadline and regulator, set out on the regimes map.

Nothing here is legal, accounting, financial or compliance advice.

Nothing here is a substitute for your own adviser or for the regulator’s own guidance.

The scope checker on the homepage is an indicative guide, not a compliance assessment.

You may read, reference and cite this site’s content, including within your own organisation, provided you attribute SRS Green as the source.
